Job Responsibilities:

✦   Integration with other applications (e.g., Paradot).

✦   Work on full cycle implementation, upgrades, and support projects.

✦   Solve customer problems using code and no-code tools.

✦   Develop custom business applications and solutions on Salesforce platform.

✦   Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Heroku.

✦   Perform full-stack development involving back-end logic and front-end experiences.

✦   Continuously improve processes and systems.

✦   Collaborate with functional consultants and product owners to design test cases and validate business requirements.

✦   Act as liaison between functional and business users during UAT.

✦   Work independently and act as subject matter expert.

✦   Manage stakeholders across levels with strong communication skills.

✦   Work in AMS environment.

Job Requirements:

✦   4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Must have Oracle CPQ experience (Document Designer, XSL, Debugging, Configuration, BML).

✦   Experience in Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Experience in building custom business applications and solutions.

✦   Strong debugging and configuration skills.

✦   Experience in full-stack development.

✦   Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Any Engineering/MCA/Graduation (full-time).
