Job Responsibilities:

✦   Write clean, well-tested Apex code including triggers, batch classes, queueable jobs, schedulers, and future methods.

✦   Build reusable and performant Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex UI requirements.

✦   Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations, platform events, and Change Data Capture (CDC) patterns.

✦   Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and ensure bulkification, error handling, and high test coverage.

✦   Work with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

✦   Design and build Experience Cloud portals (Partner, Customer, Employee Communities).

✦   Configure page layouts, branding, OWD, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.

✦   Integrate Experience Cloud with external systems via APIs and Salesforce Connect.

✦   Configure and deploy Agentforce agents including autonomous and assistive agents.

✦   Define prompt templates, topics, actions, and guardrails within Agentforce Studio.

✦   Monitor and optimize agent performance and workflows.

✦   Participate in full SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, UAT support, and deployment.

✦   Create technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex (triggers, batch, queueable, schedulers) and governor limits.

✦   Strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, approval processes).

✦   Experience with Experience Cloud setup and configuration.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and Change Data Capture.

✦   Proficiency in Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.

✦   Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

✦   Experience with Agentforce configuration and deployment.

✦   Preferred experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.

✦   Knowledge of middleware tools like MuleSoft or Heroku is a plus.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist are preferred.
