Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable jobs, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Implement Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and custom configurations.

✦   Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations.

✦   Configure OmniChannel routing.

✦   Implement Digital Engagement features including Enhanced Chat and messaging channels.

✦   Maintain Knowledge Management including publishing workflows, search optimization, and Data Categories.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.

✦   Experience in Service Cloud including OmniChannel, Digital Engagement, and Knowledge Management.

✦   Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, governor limits, and security.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; PDII is a plus.

✦   Exposure to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud preferred.
