Job Responsibilities:
✦ Develop CDP segmentation and Journey Builder configurations.
✦ Manage campaign scheduling and execution hands-on using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
✦ Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
✦ Build and support Interaction Studio solutions for up to 3 BMS brands, with scalability for additional requests.
✦ Provide direct interaction and support for brands and markets.
✦ Collaborate with teams to implement a 24/7 campaign support model across geographies.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
✦ 5-8 years of general IT experience.
✦ 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly with Journey Builder or similar platforms; knowledge of SQL is essential.
✦ Background in email and web/online marketing, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience.
✦ Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities.
✦ English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication.
✦ Proficiency in HTML coding.
✦ Social media marketing and SMS marketing.
✦ Search engine marketing.
✦ Display media experience.
✦ Knowledge of front-end development and email development.
