Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform capabilities.

✦   Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Build and maintain custom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, and asynchronous processing.

✦   Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

✦   Review code, enforce development best practices, and ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.

✦   Contribute to platform-level initiatives such as security controls, non-functional requirements, and CI/CD improvements.

✦   Support release planning, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with platform and delivery leadership.

✦   Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.

✦   Mentor and guide developers and support technical knowledge sharing.

✦   Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance standards, and platform limits.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, and integrations.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits.

✦   Experience delivering Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.

✦   Hands-on experience with development and DevOps tools (VS Code, Git, JIRA, Azure DevOps).

✦   Proven ability to lead technical discussions and design reviews.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

✦   Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer certification.

✦   Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
