Job Responsibilities:

✦   Write and review high-quality code.

✦   Define system landscape and identify gaps between current and desired states.

✦   Prepare Salesforce roadmap and solution strategy.

✦   Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proof of concepts.

✦   Review and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce solutions.

✦   Guide teams on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and solution design.

✦   Design solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.

✦   Work with Product Owners to refine and groom backlog.

✦   Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions including data model, security design, sharing and visibility, and integration approaches.

✦   Evaluate out-of-the-box features vs custom development vs AppExchange solutions.

✦   Design integrations with backend systems and third-party applications including SSO and large data volume handling.

✦   Supervise release management, deployment, source control, and QA processes.

✦   Coach and mentor Salesforce development teams.

✦   Document and justify architectural decisions.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture.

✦   Strong experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

✦   Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.

✦   Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, SLDS, and Salesforce development lifecycle.

✦   Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies.

✦   Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

✦   Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
