Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce OMS and Glovia modules for enterprise inventory management.

✦   Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.

✦   Support implementation of inventory lifecycle processes including receiving, allocation, fulfilment, and returns.

✦   Implement central inventory visibility, stock buckets, and inventory states (Sellable Free, Sellable Not Free, Non-Sellable).

✦   Support omnichannel fulfilment use cases such as BOPIS and click-and-collect.

✦   Manage SKU, variant, and serialized inventory tracking (IMEI/serial tracking).

✦   Work on integrations between POS, API gateways (APIGEE), Glovia, ERP, and WMS systems.

✦   Develop and support REST API integrations and payload validation.

✦   Support data migration validation, inventory reconciliation, and product data setup.

✦   Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, defect fixing, and regression testing.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC/Aura, and Flows.

✦   Good understanding of inventory lifecycle and order management systems.

✦   Experience with REST API development and integrations.

✦   Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems.

✦   Experience with Salesforce administration and development.

✦   Ability to work with Agile methodologies and user stories.

✦   Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud.

✦   JavaScript knowledge preferred.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
