Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.

✦   Drive technical design discussions with business stakeholders and support Business Analysts in refining and validating user stories.

✦   Provide hands-on leadership for complex development, integrations, and performance optimization.

✦   Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

✦   Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for reliable deployments.

✦   Lead data model design, data migration, and data management initiatives.

✦   Investigate and resolve complex QA/UAT issues, providing root cause analysis and technical recommendations.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, DevOps, Data Warehouse, and other enterprise technology teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development including Apex, LWC, integrations, and data modeling.

✦   Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

✦   Strong understanding of integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware.

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and DevOps best practices.

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.

✦   Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple integrations.

✦   Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps automation frameworks.
