Service Manager – Salesforce CRM
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Oversee the operational health, performance, and availability of the SieSales ecosystem across relevant Salesforce clouds.

✦   Define, monitor, and report on key service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics.

✦   Manage incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.

✦   Define, implement, and manage service processes for new tools or initiatives.

✦   Act as the main point of contact for business partners regarding service delivery and support requests.

✦   Gather feedback from users and business units to improve service quality and user experience.

✦   Provide regular updates and reports on performance, service quality, and project status.

✦   Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and service procedures.

✦   Identify opportunities to optimize service management and streamline processes.

✦   Stay informed about new Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

✦   Manage relationships with service integration partners and vendors.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

✦   10+ years of experience in IT service management or project management with a focus on Salesforce technology stack.

✦   Experience in leading complex IT systems and ensuring operational excellence.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, data model, security settings, and declarative configuration.

✦   Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks such as ITIL.

✦   Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

✦   Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

✦   Experience with integration technologies and reporting tools.

✦   Relevant Salesforce certifications.

✦   ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
