Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Salesforce.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new features or enhancements on the platform.

✦   Develop detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and user manuals to ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

✦   Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   5-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Services & Consulting industry.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Business Analyst role with expertise in analyzing complex business problems and developing creative solutions.

✦   Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems) to inform decision-making.
