Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture and design.

✦   Ensure all new B2C commerce functionalities are built with Salesforce standard features and target technology architecture.

✦   Expose SFCC standard and custom functionality via OCAPI and B2CCommerce API for headless commerce implementations.

✦   Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Leads and Senior/Junior Developers.

✦   Deliver architectural blueprint documents, environment management plans, and development policies.

✦   Participate in requirements-gathering workshops and influence project direction.

✦   Execute best practice standards in design, coding, environment, and data.

✦   Partner with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into solutions.

✦   Manage application architecture artifacts.

✦   Drive application rationalization and user experience simplification.

✦   Translate solutions into functional specifications for technical teams.

✦   Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.

✦   Build proof-of-concepts to demonstrate technical solutions.

✦   Establish development patterns and DevOps processes.

✦   Ensure best-in-class web security and performance.

✦   Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to solution and integration teams.

✦   Define and enforce technical standards, rules, and principles.

✦   Review and approve solution architecture designs.

✦   Document newly developed functionality in solution designs.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience with headless commerce implementations and backend-agnostic frontend frameworks.

✦   Extensive experience integrating SFCC APIs with frontend stacks.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

✦   Knowledge of OCAPI and B2CCommerce APIs.

✦   Experience in solution architecture, DevOps, data migration, and web security.

✦   Strong understanding of user experience and requirements gathering.
