Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Flows.

✦   Implement and enhance Salesforce CPQ configurations including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and advanced CPQ automation.

✦   Build and optimize record-triggered, screen, and auto-launched Flows to reduce code dependency.

✦   Develop Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, schedulers, and integrations following best practices.

✦   Work with business and support teams to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

✦   Collaborate with admins and architects to design scalable and maintainable solutions.

✦   Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization.

✦   Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

✦   Provide L2 production support and work in shift-based environments.

Job Requirements:

✦   5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.

✦   Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ including pricing models, approval processes, and complex business rules.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.

✦   Strong knowledge of security model including profiles, roles, and permission sets.

✦   Experience with data modeling and performance optimization.

✦   Ability to work in L2 support and shift-based environments.
