Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead and scale the Salesforce practice working with enterprise clients.
✦ Own strategic outcomes including delivery, growth, and financial management.
✦ Build and lead a high-performance culture within the Salesforce practice.
✦ Manage end-to-end delivery for a diverse portfolio ensuring high-quality outcomes.
✦ Grow and manage a large Salesforce practice across multiple regions.
✦ Own the practice’s P&L including revenue, margins, and cost optimization.
✦ Engage with C-level clients and provide executive leadership.
✦ Partner with sales teams for pipeline development and solution strategy.
✦ Lead pre-sales activities including estimation, solution architecture, and staffing.
✦ Anticipate market trends and plan strategic growth initiatives.
✦ Ensure efficient delivery processes, risk management, and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
✦ 18-22 years of experience with at least 10+ years in Salesforce delivery leadership.
✦ Proven experience managing large teams (150+ associates).
✦ Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
✦ Excellent leadership and people management skills.
✦ Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.
✦ Experience in enterprise delivery governance and C-level stakeholder management.
✦ Strong communication and client-facing skills.
✦ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales.
✦ Knowledge of latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
✦ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
