Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage user lifecycle including provisioning, deactivation, role/profile assignment, and permission sets.

✦   Design and maintain role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Conduct periodic user access reviews and audits.

✦   Implement least privilege access model and control record-level visibility using OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

✦   Ensure sensitive data protection and enforce Salesforce security policies.

✦   Support SOC and SOX compliance audits with documentation and evidence.

✦   Maintain audit trails, login monitoring, and security health checks.

✦   Implement IP restrictions, MFA policies, and session security settings.

✦   Monitor and optimize Salesforce governor limits.

✦   Collaborate with developers for scalable and compliant solutions.

✦   Support change management and release processes using sandboxes and deployments.

✦   Build basic automation using Flow (and legacy Process Builder where applicable).

✦   Use Python scripting for automation, reporting, and integrations.

✦   Support integrations with external systems including AWS-based services.

✦   Generate reports and dashboards for user activity, access, and compliance.

✦   Track system performance and proactively identify risks.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Administration and security experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Experience in SOC and SOX compliance and audit support.

✦   Knowledge of governor limits and platform constraints.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Setup, Reports, and Dashboards.

✦   Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (SSO, OAuth, SAML).

✦   Basic understanding of AWS services (S3, IAM, Lambda).

✦   Basic proficiency in Python scripting.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring) preferred.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset preferred.
