Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for banking domain requirements.

✦   Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.

✦   Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams and conduct code reviews.

✦   Develop and maintain integrations with banking systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

✦   Translate business requirements into technical design solutions.

✦   Manage Salesforce environments including sandbox setup, deployments, and optimization.

✦   Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.

✦   Oversee data modeling, workflows, automation processes, and access controls.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability.

✦   Document technical solutions and processes for maintenance and audits.

Job Requirements:

✦   8-13 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Ability to lead development teams and perform code reviews.

✦   Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Experience in Salesforce environment management and deployments.

✦   Understanding of security, compliance, and data modeling in Salesforce.

✦   Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
