Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead manual testing efforts and develop test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.

✦   Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.

✦   Perform functional testing, UI/UX testing, and usability testing for Salesforce applications.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

✦   Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and releases, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

✦   Track, log, and manage defects in JIRA and ensure timely resolution with development teams.

✦   Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend process improvements.

✦   Mentor and guide junior QA team members in manual testing practices and Salesforce QA processes.

✦   Ensure compliance with QA best practices and Salesforce platform limitations.

✦   Support test case writing and execution activities.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience in manual testing and QA leadership.

✦   Experience in Salesforce QA testing.

✦   Strong knowledge of QA methodologies including functional, UI/UX, and usability testing.

✦   Experience in creating and managing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.

✦   Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking and management.

✦   Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage release testing cycles.

✦   Strong analytical skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.

✦   Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Willingness to learn new domains and technologies.
