Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Implement custom workflows, triggers, and business logic to automate processes and enhance the user experience.

✦   Design and build responsive and intuitive Salesforce UI/UX using Lightning components.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring data consistency and reliability.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

✦   Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Manage Salesforce data, including data migration, validation, and cleansing.

✦   Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data insights for stakeholders.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.

✦   Analyze and debug existing custom solutions and propose enhancements where needed.

✦   Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

✦   Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce Development: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or App Builder certification is a plus.

✦   Integration Experience: Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs.

✦   Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize Salesforce solutions.

✦   Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

✦   Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

✦   Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira for project management.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Shield and data security features.

✦   UG: Any Graduate.

✦   PG: Any Postgraduate.
