Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the strategic execution and optimization of marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Support training programs and process initiatives to enhance campaign execution quality. Monitor industry trends and recommend solutions for campaign optimization. Assist in developing marketing reports and dashboards to track KPIs. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align campaigns with business goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Contribute to documentation and standardization of campaign processes. Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 8-10+ years of overall experience including 6+ years in marketing. Proven experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with marketing technology platforms such as PowerBI.
