Job Responsibilities:

✦   Follow and help define coding standards and lead code reviews to ensure quality and proper design patterns.

✦   Understand project requirements and debug issues by deep diving into source code.

✦   Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.

✦   Design and develop custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, and dashboards.

✦   Develop, test, and deploy custom capabilities using Apex and Lightning technologies.

✦   Develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Anypoint Studio.

✦   Manage Salesforce and MuleSoft data uploads, feeds, and system integrations.

✦   Coordinate evaluation, scope, and delivery of new development requests.

✦   Assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce org, MuleSoft APIs, and upstream/downstream systems.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

✦   Strong expertise in LWC, Apex, and Flows.

✦   Ability to debug performance issues at client and server (Apex) levels.

✦   Knowledge of integration patterns and asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and large data volume handling.

✦   Experience with data sharing, visibility, and security models.

✦   Familiarity with authentication protocols like SAML, SSO, and OAuth.

✦   Experience with CI/CD, version control, and release management.

✦   Understanding of platform security (TLS, SSL).

✦   Experience with MuleSoft architecture and API-led connectivity.

✦   Knowledge of Karate Framework for Salesforce testing.

✦   Ability to achieve Salesforce certifications if not already certified.
