Job Responsibilities:

✦   Coordinate with MDM team for creation and maintenance of vendor, customer, and other master data activities.

✦   Manage, verify, and provide clarification for the item approval process.

✦   Ensure system data accuracy across tools.

✦   Resolve queries by investigating and answering tickets raised by stores.

✦   Coordinate with vendors, merchants, and other stakeholders on MDM activities.

✦   Work on ad-hoc reports.

✦   Maintain and review SOPs in a timely manner.

✦   Report to Team Lead.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 to 5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, master data management, and supply chain management.

✦   Experience in Salesforce and SAP ERP.
