Job Responsibilities:

✦   Prepare and execute test strategy, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications such as Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud and custom apps.

✦   Define test environment and test data requirements and collaborate with development team to ensure availability.

✦   Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce implementations.

✦   Prepare, automate and execute regression test cases ensuring maximum test coverage.

✦   Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce objects and integrations.

✦   Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and identify defects early.

✦   Conduct sanity tests ensure systems are production ready.

✦   Track and report defects using Jira or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience of at least 5 years in functional and automated testing of Salesforce applications.

✦   Experience of preparing test plan and writing test cases.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and customizations.

✦   Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar).

✦   Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation.

✦   Experience of conducting load and performance tests.

✦   Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Hands on experience of using JIRA and similar tools.

✦   Experience of playing client facing role.

✦   Certifications: Provar Automation, Selenium WebDriver.

✦   Admin or Advanced Admin.

✦   Business Analyst.

✦   Experience with test automation frameworks for Salesforce using tools like Selenium, Provar or TestNG.
