Job Responsibilities:
✦ Salesforce presales SME responsibilities including building end-to-end Salesforce proposals based on available information.
✦ Work on 10+ opportunities and contribute to RFPs, solutions, offerings, pricing, and margin calculations.
✦ Estimate effort needed for Salesforce scope of work.
✦ Support architects in Salesforce proposal building and solution design.
✦ Own internal and external demos for proof of concepts.
✦ Participate in discovery workshops with customers to gather requirements and define scope.
✦ Act as a supporting function to architects.
✦ Contribute to Salesforce solutioning and design activities.
✦ Ensure strong communication with stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
✦ Minimum 5 years Salesforce presales SME experience.
✦ Experience working on 10+ Salesforce opportunities.
✦ Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills including templates, RFPs, solutions, offerings, pricing, and margin calculations.
✦ Strong functional understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and offerings.
✦ Ability to estimate effort for Salesforce solutions.
✦ Experience supporting architecture and solution design activities.
✦ Ability to conduct demos and proof of concepts.
✦ Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Certifications required: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
✦ Nice to have: CPQ, Field Service, Industry Clouds (Manufacturing, Health, B2B/B2C Commerce, CPG).
✦ Awareness of latest Salesforce ecosystem trends such as Agentforce.
