Job Responsibilities:
✦ Define and execute an AI-first Salesforce roadmap, aligning AI agents, copilots, and automation to measurable business outcomes.
✦ Lead the delivery of AI use cases across Salesforce, including conversational agents, intelligent case routing, summarization, recommendations, and decision support.
✦ Translate complex business problems into high-impact AI use cases with clear success metrics, ROI, and adoption targets.
✦ Drive prioritization, release planning, and deployment for AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
✦ Partner with data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to ensure high-quality data, embeddings, and retrieval strategies for AI solutions.
✦ Establish and enforce AI governance, including responsible AI practices, prompt management, model monitoring, security, and compliance.
✦ Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and vendors; make informed build-vs-buy decisions and manage AI-focused SOWs and partners.
✦ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on AI strategy, risks, and value realization.
✦ Lead change management and adoption strategies to ensure AI solutions are trusted, used, and embedded into daily workflows.
✦ Mentor and develop a high-performing Salesforce team, raising AI literacy and product thinking across the organization.
✦ Track delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and realized business value from AI initiatives.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
✦ 12 -15 years of experience leading enterprise CRM implementations and integrations.
✦ Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
✦ Experience leading Salesforce org migrations, including mergers and acquisitions.
✦ Background in custom application development on the Salesforce Platform.
✦ Agile ScrumMaster or Product Owner certification preferred.
✦ Proven people leader with experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
✦ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
✦ Proven experience leading AI initiatives from concept through production and adoption.
✦ Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein Copilot, AI agents, Data Cloud, or equivalent tools.
✦ Strong understanding of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and evaluation metrics.
✦ Experience designing AI agents and copilots that augment human workflows.
✦ Ability to define AI success metrics and partner with data scientists and engineers.
✦ Deep understanding of responsible AI practices including bias, explainability, security, and data privacy.
✦ Familiarity with AI lifecycle management including experimentation, rollout, monitoring, and optimization.
✦ Strong product mindset balancing speed, trust, and enterprise scalability.
