Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce.com projects using Agile methodologies.

✦   Lead cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, and consulting firms.

✦   Partner with internal business product owners to translate strategies into Salesforce system and process requirements.

✦   Provide thought leadership and recommend best practices for Salesforce solutions.

✦   Participate in client meetings to provide project updates, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.

✦   Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).

✦   10+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years leading/delivering Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies.

✦   5+ years of experience managing people with supervisory control.

✦   Strong experience in end-to-end Salesforce system delivery including design, development, integration, and data migration.

✦   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

✦   Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

✦   Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or similar Agile certification.

✦   Experience in global, highly matrixed corporate environments is a plus.
