Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and related technologies.

✦   Own complex technical initiatives spanning Salesforce, backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

✦   Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices for performance, resilience, and operational excellence.

✦   Collaborate with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Mentor engineering teams through design reviews and architectural guidance.

✦   Integrate AI-powered development tools and automation into the software lifecycle.

✦   Ensure platform security, compliance, and observability.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

✦   15+ years of hands-on software development experience.

✦   Advanced expertise in Salesforce technologies including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Omni-Channel, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omni Studio, and Salesforce Shield.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns using REST, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and middleware.

✦   Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Harness.

✦   Knowledge of observability, application security, compliance, and performance optimization.

✦   Exposure to GenAI-powered development practices.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred.

✦   Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
