Job Responsibilities:
✦ Provides analysis and functional/technical skills in Salesforce and ServiceMax environment.
✦ Works within Salesforce and ServiceMax development team.
✦ Performs research, analysis, design, configuration, coding, testing, maintenance, support, training, and implementation of IT solutions on Salesforce platform.
✦ Focuses on Experience Cloud portal development and optimization.
✦ Supports Agentforce initiatives including virtual agent deployment to improve customer experience.
✦ Ensures development follows Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.
✦ Implements Apex, LWC, integrations, flows, and data model design.
✦ Participates in release management and deployment processes.
✦ Leads requirement gathering with stakeholders and translates into technical specifications.
✦ Evaluates emerging Salesforce and AI-driven technologies.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
✦ Minimum 8 years of experience.
✦ Experience in Salesforce declarative development.
✦ Experience with Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, controllers.
✦ Experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
✦ ServiceMax experience is a plus.
✦ Active Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) required.
✦ Experience writing functional requirements and test cases.
✦ Agile methodology understanding preferred.
✦ Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
✦ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work.
