Job Responsibilities:
✦ Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration including object and field configuration, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, process automations, and permission sets.
✦ Execute platform changes and enhancements aligned with global governance and quality standards.
✦ Manage user provisioning, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and license management.
✦ Support sandbox management, change set deployments, and release coordination.
✦ Maintain platform documentation including configuration logs, data dictionaries, field usage guides, and release notes.
✦ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
✦ Support data quality initiatives including deduplication, hygiene workflows, and validation rule enforcement.
✦ Participate in company initiatives and projects as required.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
✦ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
✦ Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, custom objects, formula fields, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
✦ Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud is a plus.
✦ Experience working in a globally distributed or matrixed organization.
✦ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
