Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead functional day-to-day operations for Salesforce development team.
✦ Serve as point of contact for Marketing and Sales for maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training.
✦ Lead Salesforce enhancement projects and implement scalable technical solutions.
✦ Work with stakeholders to define and implement Salesforce solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
✦ Perform testing and QA for Salesforce enhancements using enterprise sandboxes.
✦ Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, and CRM systems.
✦ Define marketing and technical architecture artifacts and present to senior leadership.
✦ Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
✦ Participate in feature development and product roadmap planning.
✦ Ensure adherence to SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and best practices.
✦ Ensure application security and 24/7 system performance.
✦ Stay updated on Salesforce releases and AppExchange solutions.
✦ Drive governance, best practices, and reusable patterns for Salesforce solutions.
Job Requirements:
✦ 10+ years of total work experience.
✦ At least 5 years of Salesforce architecture, implementation, and administration experience.
✦ Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
✦ Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, and NPSP.
✦ Strong experience in Salesforce SDLC including development, deployment, and sandbox management.
✦ Experience with ETL tools and data loading/extraction.
✦ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Experience working in Agile environments and delivering multiple concurrent projects.
✦ Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Additional Details:
✦ Fully remote role within the United States (contiguous U.S. required).
✦ Must reside in the U.S. and remain in eligible location.
✦ Salary range: $102,000 – $145,000 per year.
✦ Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with 6% employer match, unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and work-from-home stipend.
