Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead functional day-to-day operations for Salesforce development team.

✦   Serve as point of contact for Marketing and Sales for maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training.

✦   Lead Salesforce enhancement projects and implement scalable and sustainable solutions.

✦   Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and technology teams to define Salesforce solutions.

✦   Perform testing and QA of enhancements using enterprise sandboxes.

✦   Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, and CRM systems.

✦   Develop marketing and technical architecture artifacts and present to senior leadership.

✦   Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

✦   Participate in feature development and product roadmap planning.

✦   Ensure adherence to SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and deployment best practices.

✦   Ensure application security and system uptime.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce releases and AppExchange solutions.

✦   Define governance, best practices, and reusable patterns.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of total work experience.

✦   At least 5 years of Salesforce architecture, implementation, and administration experience.

✦   Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, and NPSP.

✦   Experience with full Salesforce development lifecycle including configuration, deployment, and sandbox management.

✦   Experience with ETL tools and data integration.

✦   Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
