Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead functional day-to-day operations as part of the Salesforce development team.
✦ Serve as a point of contact for Marketing and Sales for maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training.
✦ Lead Salesforce enhancement projects and deliver scalable technical solutions using Salesforce technologies.
✦ Collaborate with architects, developers, administrators, product managers, and stakeholders to design and maintain Salesforce solutions and integrations.
✦ Lead architecture discussions, drive technical decisions, and participate in roadmap planning.
✦ Oversee testing and QA of Salesforce enhancements using enterprise sandboxes.
✦ Manage Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, and CRM systems administration.
✦ Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile practices, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment standards.
✦ Ensure web and application security and 24/7 system uptime.
✦ Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and AppExchange solutions.
Job Requirements:
✦ 10+ years of total work experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce architecture, implementation, and administration.
✦ Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
✦ Strong experience with Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Health Cloud.
✦ Experience leading Salesforce teams including architects, developers, and administrators.
✦ Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
✦ Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and integrations.
✦ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
✦ Preferred experience with Salesforce NPSP, ETL tools, and data management.
