Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across enterprise programs including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud.

✦   Define technical strategy, platform architecture, and integration design aligned with business goals.

✦   Own technical workstream across discovery, design, build, QA, and deployment phases.

✦   Conduct architecture reviews, design sessions, and governance across programs.

✦   Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.

✦   Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.

✦   Design Data Cloud solutions including ingestion, identity resolution, and unified data models.

✦   Develop activation strategies connecting Data Cloud with CRM, marketing, and AI workflows.

✦   Guide healthcare solutions using Health Cloud including care management and patient engagement.

✦   Design enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, APIs, Platform Events, and CDC.

✦   Define integration governance, monitoring, and error handling frameworks.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of Salesforce experience with 4–5 years in architect or technical lead roles.

✦   Experience delivering large-scale multi-cloud enterprise Salesforce programs.

✦   Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud.

✦   Strong knowledge of Health Cloud and healthcare interoperability standards.

✦   Experience with integration architecture and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.

✦   Salesforce development knowledge including Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Platform Events.

✦   Understanding of security models including OAuth, Shield, and field-level security.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools like Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Git, and scratch orgs.

✦   Required certifications: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (CTA track preferred), Data Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Integration Architect.

✦   Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), MuleSoft Integration Architect.

✦   Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
