Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and execute Salesforce development initiatives across partner portal and internal GTM systems ensuring scalable and high-quality architecture.

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs, and Agentforce capabilities.

✦   Build and enhance Experience Cloud (partner portal) functionality to improve engagement, usability, and operational workflows.

✦   Develop complex automations, integrations, and custom applications supporting leads, opportunities, approvals, certifications, and partner data.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.

✦   Create and optimize dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics for internal and external users.

✦   Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices while mentoring team members.

✦   Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of Salesforce development experience delivering complex projects.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform architecture.

✦   Experience with Experience Cloud (Partner Community) development.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.

✦   Proficiency with Git, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

✦   Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
