Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for large Salesforce implementations.

✦   Own solution architecture primarily built on Salesforce Classic.

✦   Ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices.

✦   Design and develop Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Visualforce Pages.

✦   Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce coding standards and governor limits.

✦   Handle complex customizations, integrations, and data migrations.

✦   Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

✦   Work with GitLab for source control and AutoRabit for deployment automation.

✦   Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

✦   Assess existing Salesforce Classic org and define migration roadmap to Lightning Experience.

✦   Lead refactoring strategy to replace Visualforce with Lightning Web Components.

✦   Oversee Aura to LWC conversion and ensure system stability.

✦   Design solutions for unsupported Classic features in Lightning.

✦   Optimize Apex controllers for Lightning readiness.

✦   Design integration patterns and ensure seamless system integrations.

✦   Collaborate with UX/UI teams to redesign layouts into Lightning Record Pages.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Classic, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and SOQL.

✦   Experience working on large Salesforce orgs and enterprise-scale programs.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture.

✦   Experience with GitLab and AutoRabit for CI/CD and deployment automation.

✦   5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.

✦   Proven track record of at least 2 full lifecycle migrations from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience.

✦   Expert proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Advanced proficiency in Apex, including Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and REST Callouts.

✦   Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6/ES8), promises, async/await, and web standards.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX, VS Code, and source-driven development.

✦   Ability to lead teams and influence decision-making.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
