Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work closely with Delivery Manager, Architect, and clients to devise technology solutions that meet client needs and ensure maintainable and standard-compliant solutions.

✦   Participate in discovery and definition workshops, crafting scope, estimating development efforts, and documenting requirements and designs.

✦   Collaborate with internal teams including sales, pre-sales, engineering, and other services teams.

✦   Design technical solutions and work directly with customers to meet business requirements using industry-standard methodologies.

✦   Lead and mentor development teams on projects.

✦   Handle application design, development, and support of Salesforce-related projects across the full software development lifecycle.

✦   Ensure systems meet business expectations, with proper testing and performance validation.

✦   Develop CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Force.com, and Visualforce.

✦   Advocate and implement standard development methodologies to ensure quality delivery.

✦   Develop POCs and assist with complex coding tasks.

✦   Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing within the consulting practice.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

✦   3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead.

✦   Experience mentoring Salesforce developers.

✦   Salesforce Platform Builder Certification and Salesforce Developer Certification required.

✦   End-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation experience.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations across systems and integration tools.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Force.com, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Web Services, and Salesforce security model.

✦   Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and building applications from scratch.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Workflow Alerts, Actions, Approval Workflows, and Flow Orchestration.

✦   Knowledge of API development, RESTful services, and OpenAPI.

✦   Understanding of database concepts and data modeling.

✦   Experience with Agile development, SDLC, CI/CD, and TDD.

✦   Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

✦   Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Heroku is a plus.

✦   Experience with modern web technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.

✦   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
