Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop solutions that leverage the Force.com platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and company goals.

✦   Participate in technical design discussions and develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.

✦   Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations.

✦   Analyze application and system problems and incidents, develop recommendations and solutions, implement fixes, and communicate actions, business impacts, and results.

✦   Provide support to end users to resolve Salesforce-related issues.

✦   Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and appropriate design patterns.

✦   Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.

✦   Evaluate application software packages and make buy vs. build recommendations to management.

✦   Stay informed on Salesforce releases, platform enhancements, and AppExchange offerings.

✦   Configure and administer the Salesforce platform following best practices.

✦   Acquire and maintain understanding of technologies used in Nutanix products and services.

Job Requirements:

✦   9+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development.

✦   Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Controllers.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.

✦   Ability to build scalable and maintainable end-to-end Salesforce applications.

✦   Strong unit testing skills and attention to detail.

✦   Experience with Salesforce development best practices and release management.

✦   Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce Administrator.

✦   Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
