Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define and drive the technical architecture for the Salesforce platform across multiple squads.

✦   Establish engineering standards, code review practices, and development patterns.

✦   Mentor and develop Salesforce engineers and build team capability.

✦   Own cross-squad technical decisions for integrations between Salesforce and internal platforms.

✦   Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to Salesforce development workflows.

✦   Partner with engineering managers, product managers, and architecture leaders to define and execute the roadmap.

✦   Reduce system complexity and improve maintainability.

✦   Develop automation and integrations supporting business requirements.

✦   Build user experiences with custom objects, workflows, validations, and formulas.

✦   Implement and troubleshoot integrations with internal and external systems.

✦   Manage and improve Salesforce DevOps processes using Copado, Git, and Jira.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce features and recommend improvements.

✦   Provide high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation.

✦   Uphold company core values.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of Salesforce engineering experience with technical leadership impact.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.

✦   Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ.

✦   Strong understanding of Lightning architecture and Salesforce data model.

✦   Experience setting technical direction and engineering standards for teams.

✦   Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices.

✦   Experience simplifying complex systems.

✦   Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.

✦   Experience translating technical and business concepts.

✦   Experience in leadership roles mentoring engineers and defining architecture.

✦   Experience working with senior leadership on technical roadmaps.
