Job Responsibilities:

✦   Gather and confirm business requirements from client stakeholders and end users.

✦   Author user stories and define to-be process flows for solution design.

✦   Collaborate with project teams to complete configuration tasks and meet deadlines.

✦   Test and validate Salesforce solutions to ensure business requirements are met.

✦   Participate in workshops, requirement sessions, sprint demos, UAT, and training sessions.

✦   Contribute to knowledge base development and team resources.

✦   Manage, coordinate, and delegate tasks to offshore resources.

✦   Work with consultants, architects, and developers to deliver Salesforce solutions.

✦   Support configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment activities.

✦   Ensure alignment with agile delivery methodologies and project timelines.

Job Requirements:

✦   6-12 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, JavaScript, Node.js, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flow, Process Builder, and related configurations.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Ability to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.

✦   Strong time management and prioritization skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications required: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant.

✦   Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I or II.

✦   Experience with agile software delivery methodologies.

✦   Ability to work with distributed/offshore teams.
