Job Responsibilities:

✦   Drive the innovative use of Salesforce.com as an enterprise business platform.

✦   Drive low-level architecture and contribute to high-level architecture.

✦   Develop custom solutions within Salesforce (Apex/Lightning Framework) and other enterprise applications.

✦   Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications.

✦   Take features from idea to implementation and ensure code quality with unit tests.

✦   Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design.

✦   Ensure collaboration across development, testing, and deployment phases.

✦   Maintain technical documentation.

✦   Manage engineering deliverables and work closely with engineering teams.

✦   Serve as an SME for CRM and provide thought leadership.

✦   Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.

✦   Contribute to full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and launch.

Job Requirements:

✦   4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce programming and administration including Apex, Triggers, workflows, reports, and assignment rules.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components and front-end development.

✦   Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience.

✦   Experience with release management, source control, and deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Metadata API, ANT, Jenkins, and Git.

✦   Experience with data management and migration.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations.

✦   Knowledge of telephony and CTI systems.

✦   Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
