Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze business objectives and identify alternative solutions for enterprise applications.

✦   Gather and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders.

✦   Support design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions.

✦   Perform system flow, data usage, and process analysis.

✦   Participate in Agile (Scrum) development activities and deliverables.

✦   Provide production support, troubleshooting, and defect root cause analysis.

✦   Work on integrations, system enhancements, and solution delivery.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and workflow rules.

✦   Strong experience in SDLC, coding standards, change control, and version management.

✦   Experience with Salesforce architecture and building secure, high-performance solutions.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML).

✦   Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth.

✦   Experience with web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Flosum (preferred).

✦   Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards (preferred).

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Additional Details:

✦   Duration: 6+ months contract.

✦   Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days onsite Monday & Tuesday, 3 days remote).

✦   Location Requirement: Must reside within 50 miles of Austin, TX.

✦   On-call support may be required.

✦   Agile/Scrum methodology followed for development and delivery.
