Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design Technical Architecture: Lead the design of technical architecture for salesforce.com implementations, evaluating the overall technical design of salesforce.com and third-party products.

✦   Lead Technical Discussions: Conduct technical and functional discussions with clients and internal teams, including design, build, and test teams.

✦   Develop Technical Solutions: Offer technical solutions to address client business needs, leveraging salesforce.com platforms and offerings.

✦   Apply SDLC Methodologies: Demonstrate expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

✦   Evaluate Technical Design: Assess the overall technical design of salesforce.com and third-party products to ensure alignment with client business objectives.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce Technical Solution Expertise: Exposure to designing and implementing technical solutions on the Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC) platform, including evaluating technical design and architecture.

✦   Technical Architecture Design Experience: Experience working with technical architecture design for salesforce.com implementations, including integrating third-party products.

✦   SDLC Methodology Knowledge: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with the ability to apply these methodologies in a technical context.

✦   Technical Discussion Leadership: Experience leading technical and functional discussions with clients and internal teams, including design, build, and test teams.

✦   Business Solution Development: Exposure to developing technical solutions that address client business needs, leveraging salesforce.com platforms and offerings.

✦   SFDC Platform Knowledge: Exposure to advanced features and capabilities of the Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC) platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with third-party products.

✦   Technical Implementation Expertise: Experience working with technical implementation of salesforce.com solutions, including data migration, integration, and deployment.

✦   Agile Methodology Mastery: Exposure to Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to apply these methodologies in a technical context to drive iterative and incremental solution development.
