Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work directly with clients, solution architects, developers and functional consultants to define detailed requirements, design robust solutions that meet business objectives, and present custom solutions to key stakeholders.

✦   Manage technical scope, direction, and client expectations on multiple technical projects simultaneously.

✦   Lead and execute delivery of custom solutions tailored to business needs, including leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents that follow development best practices.

✦   Own all technical aspects of a Force.com implementation including custom code, systems integrations, and third-party applications.

✦   Direct and manage the team’s developers to accomplish project goals, while providing hands-on expert-level assistance for technical issues and leadership of best practices.

✦   Interact closely with external systems and infrastructure, while developing integrations between applications and systems.

✦   Assist in sales discovery meetings, solutioning and estimating for the development of statements of work.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce experience with the last 2+ years as a Technical Architect.

✦   Consulting experience in a client-facing role.

✦   Expert level understanding of the Force.com platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Heroku.

✦   Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce preferred.

✦   Experience developing system architecture design documents, integration flows, UI mock-ups and wireframes.

✦   Salesforce Developer and Architect certifications (Application and System Architect preferred) or equivalent experience.

✦   Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle including code management, environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies.

✦   Experience leading a development team and ensuring best practices in development and integration.

✦   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

✦   Willingness to be flexible and contribute to delivery and team development.
