Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define architecture across Glovia OM (Inventory SSoT), POS, ERP/WMS, APIGEE (API gateway).

✦   Design event-driven inventory model, stock buckets state transitions, and reservation allocation logic.

✦   Own implementation of central inventory visibility, inventory state management (SF, SNF, NS), reservation/allocation, omnichannel fulfilment, serialized inventory tracking, and returns flows.

✦   Lead integrations across POS, APIGEE, Glovia, ERP/WMS OMS and define API contracts, payloads, idempotency retry strategies, and security.

✦   Lead data migration strategy, opening balances reconciliation, and cutover planning with rollback.

✦   Configure inventory locations, stock buckets, allocation rules, and fulfilment flows.

✦   Build custom services such as IMEI validation and reconciliation jobs.

✦   Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing and drive go-live hypercare and L2/L3 support readiness.

✦   Implement inventory traceability, audit trails, reconciliation, and event replay capability.

✦   Lead fit-gap workshops, sprint planning governance, and manage business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years Salesforce / OMS experience.

✦   Strong expertise in inventory fulfilment systems, API-led architecture, and event-driven systems.

✦   Deep understanding of SKU/variant modeling, inventory allocation logic, and omnichannel fulfilment.

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

✦   Salesforce Platform App Builder (or equivalent).

✦   Javascript Developer certification.

✦   Sales Cloud Certification.

✦   Salesforce Application Architect (preferred).

✦   APIGEE Certification or equivalent API platform (preferred).

✦   Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe (preferred).

✦   Experience with Glovia OM, retail/eCommerce OMS, ERP (Dynamics NAV / SAP), and WMS integrations.

✦   Bachelors / Masters in Engineering / Technology.
