Job Responsibilities:

✦   Be the advisor to leadership to guide product and feature prioritization efforts.

✦   Motivate teams and direct reports to deliver above and beyond expectations in the design, development and launch of new enterprise capabilities.

✦   Recruit and lead a team toward achieving product-based milestones.

✦   Lead design and solution efforts for transformational capabilities across Lead to Order, Adopt to Value and Customer/Partner Experience value streams.

✦   Partner across teams to develop the vision, strategy and roadmap with an eye toward rapid, data-driven decisions.

✦   Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new or existing products, services or workflows.

✦   Actively shape and execute product discovery work to ensure that product development solves business problems and generates value.

✦   Define success through leadership goals and deliver on time and on budget.

✦   Collaborate to prioritize products and resourcing requirements to support delivery across the organization.

✦   Manage external partners to ensure delivery on budget and goals.

✦   Support preparations and delivery of updates for business reviews.

✦   Partner with external consultants to design, configure, test and release transformational capabilities via agile methodology.

✦   Act as a product expert within the organization.

✦   Liaise across all stakeholders to accelerate technology adoption.

✦   Lead the commission of new product efforts in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.

✦   Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

✦   8+ years of related work experience.

✦   Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment within a global organization.

✦   Experience managing and leading teams of multiple sizes.

✦   Experience managing and leading internal and external resources across multiple time zones and geographies.

✦   Willingness to serve as an individual contributor and team leader based on organizational need.

✦   Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
