Job Responsibilities:

✦   Analyze user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to derive test scenarios.

✦   Create and maintain detailed test cases covering functional, negative, and edge cases.

✦   Maintain test documentation for traceability and audit readiness.

✦   Execute test cases prior to stakeholder and UAT testing.

✦   Identify, log, track, and report defects with reproduction steps and evidence.

✦   Collaborate with development teams to debug, retest, and resolve defects.

✦   Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is unaffected.

✦   Conduct performance testing for system stability and responsiveness.

✦   Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.

✦   Contribute to automation of regression and performance testing.

✦   Support CI/CD pipelines with testing strategies.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing status updates.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of experience as a QA/Test Engineer with Salesforce focus.

✦   Strong experience in manual testing, defect management, and test documentation.

✦   Experience in regression, performance, and security testing.

✦   Ability to translate user stories into test cases.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Experience or understanding of CPQ systems like Conga is preferred.

✦   Exposure to test automation tools is a plus.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Experience Cloud Consultant are required/preferred.
