Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.

✦   Take responsibility for assigned workstreams and ensure delivery meets engagement objectives and Deloitte quality standards.

✦   Develop solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization features.

✦   Identify and resolve or escalate risks and issues to engagement or account leadership.

✦   Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

✦   Contribute to firm initiatives and sector knowledge building.

✦   Apply awareness of global trends to address client needs and improve recommendations.

✦   Understand impact of emerging technologies on business functions and processes.

✦   Prepare requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training materials.

✦   Manage client deliverables and lead team activities where required.

Job Requirements:

✦   3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting or management-oriented environment.

✦   Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce.

✦   Experience in solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting design and development workshops.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce features including Lightning, integrations, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, or Marketing Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is a plus.

✦   Ability to interpret requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design system architecture.

✦   Experience in leading multi-member teams and managing clients.

✦   Knowledge of Force.com best practices and Salesforce implementation methodology.

✦   Strong project discipline with ability to meet deadlines.

✦   Good analytical, consulting, and communication skills.
