Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for clients across various industries, ensuring optimized business processes and seamless CRM functionality.

✦   Design and implement scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) solutions to enhance UI performance and user experience.

✦   Design and implement solutions on Salesforce security model using Profile, Permission Set, Role, OWD, and Sharing Rule.

✦   Configure applications using declarative approaches (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows) and programmatic approaches (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Apex, Future Methods, SOQL).

✦   Implement Data Model, Custom Objects and relationships, custom tabs, Pick-lists, Formula Fields, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts to the custom objects as per business logic.

✦   Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

✦   Use Data Loader for mass data manipulation (insert, update, upsert, delete, hard delete, export, and export all).

Job Requirements:

✦   IT professional with 6+ years of expertise in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud with experience in CRM implementation.

✦   Proficient in Lightning Web Component Development (LWC).

✦   Experience with Salesforce security model.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Apex, Future Methods, and SOQL.

✦   Experience in configuring applications using declarative and programmatic approaches.

✦   Experience in Data Model implementation, Custom Objects, relationships, custom tabs, Pick-lists, Formula Fields, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts.

✦   Experience collaborating with clients to gather business requirements.

✦   Proficiency in Data Loader for mass data manipulation.
