Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead scrum teams for epics and features, provide technical design, and develop stories per sprint.

✦   Lead estimation for epics and features and support project planning and timelines.

✦   Own end-to-end functional modules and lead story grooming and solutioning with client teams.

✦   Ensure quality through unit and peer reviews and conduct root cause analysis on defects.

✦   Lead code reviews and guide teams on customization versus configuration.

✦   Lead demos to clients, prepare status reports, and present risks in project meetings.

✦   Prepare process flows, release notes, and manage pipelines.

✦   Prepare Gantt charts, dependency matrices, and maintain project tracking.

✦   Prepare engagement review documentation and support upsell or cross-sell activities.

✦   Architect, lead, and optimize Agentforce and GenAI integrations.

✦   Drive adoption of GenAI and agentic solutions and ensure best practices in AI/ML integration.

✦   Lead technical solutioning, code reviews, and configuration decisions for agentic solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   6-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

✦   Experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration APIs.

✦   Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce project delivery.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing rules, and platform best practices.

✦   Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.

✦   Proficiency in source control systems such as Git and Agile methodologies.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer certification required.

✦   Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Understanding of Einstein Trust Layer, guardrails, LLMs, and prompt templates.

✦   Knowledge of different models and standard agents.

✦   Hands-on experience in agent creation and use of standard or custom actions.

✦   Good understanding of DataCloud.

✦   Degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent.
