Job Responsibilities:

✦   Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integration with external systems using OmniStudio or Vlocity.

✦   Develop custom components using Vlocity Omniscript for complex business processes.

✦   Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum to ensure timely delivery of projects.

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
