Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions supporting contact center operations.

✦   Build and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and automated workflows.

✦   Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with standards.

✦   Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements, upgrades, and deployments.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts, program managers, and operational leaders to refine requirements.

✦   Oversee code reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

✦   Support release management, testing cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✦   Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree.

✦   Active Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or equivalent advanced certification.

✦   Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Salesforce roles/responsibilities.

✦   Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.

✦   Ability to obtain or maintain Public Trust clearance.

✦   Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.

✦   Experience supporting government programs or regulated environments.

✦   Knowledge of Agile development practices.
