Job Responsibilities:

✦   Responsible for designing, coding, developing, integrating and implementing Salesforce code and configurations.

✦   Develop, manage and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform to support organizational needs.

✦   Create and manage custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, dashboards, and validation rules.

✦   Configure, manage and maintain custom sharing rules to ensure data security.

✦   Create and manage APEX classes, asynchronous APEX code (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled).

✦   Design, develop and maintain LWC and Aura components.

✦   Create and manage platform events.

✦   Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other applications/systems.

✦   Guide implementation of architectural and programming standards and best practices.

✦   Oversee implementation process for new code and applications.

Job Requirements:

✦   Knowledge of software development lifecycle.

✦   Experience designing, developing, configuring, customizing, and administering Salesforce.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Streaming APIs.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including SOQL and customization.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Git-based version control, and DevOps Center.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Flows and Data Cloud concepts.

✦   Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader and ETL tools.

✦   Ability to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security model including permissions and OAuth.

✦   Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

✦   5+ years of IT and Salesforce experience.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred.
